RETURNS

You may return unworn items with their original tags within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Disappointing dress

The dress looked lovely online and the fitting is ok, but the fabric looked much cheaper and thinner than expected. The corset lining stops just under the ribcage, and the rest of the dress isn't lined so the corset lining showed through so i had to come up with a makeshift solution to cover the edge of corset lining as i had no time to replace the dress. Also the feather detailing stained under my arms red during the event making it uncomfortable to lift my arms. I expected a better quality for the price.
