Born and raised in the UK, Raishma's fashion journey began at a young age, drawing inspiration from her mother. With a multicultural background, she drew inspiration from the East's vibrant colors and hand embroidery, blending them seamlessly with Western cuts and tailoring. After completing her fashion degree at De Montfort University, Raishma refined her skills under the tutelage of esteemed designer Elizabeth Emmanuel, known for co-designing Princess Diana's iconic wedding dress. This invaluable experience shaped Raishma's passion and expertise in couture design.
With over two decades of experience, Raishma now serves as both designer and creative director of her own independent fashion business. She remains intricately involved in every aspect of her brand, from sketching each piece to hand-selecting fabrics and meticulously overseeing each style to ensure perfect quality and fit.
