Thank you for ordering with Raishma!

We are here to assist you on any shipping related queries you have. Here’s a little information you may need in regards to the shipment of your order:

  • We dispatch within 1-2 working days and all items are sent fully tracked, with couriers.
  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
  • If your payment authorisation is not completed, your order will be delayed until we complete the payment.
  • Any overseas orders may be subject to additional charges including customs, duties and taxes imposed by laws and regulations of the shipping and receiving countries. These charges will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Please note that you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
  • All delivery options are subject to goods being in stock and ready for dispatch. This excludes products that are directly dispatched from our suppliers.
  • For packages that cannot be delivered after several attempts, we reserve the right to charge £10 for costs arising.
  • Should there are any problems with your order we shall contact you as soon as possible. However, we reserve the right to reject any order of a product at any time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our carrier. Under these circumstances, we do not issue any form of compensation, as this is a non-guaranteed service. Please note, we endeavor to deliver your products within the timescales mentioned above.

Standard UK Delivery

For our Standard UK Delivery, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service. Please note that a 2 - 3 working days delivery is 'not guaranteed' and we do not offer a Saturday delivery service. While we aim to deliver within 48 working hours using a 2-working day courier service, customers should be aware of delays beyond our control once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Express UK Delivery

For our Express UK Delivery, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service. Please note that a 1 - 2 working day delivery is 'not guaranteed' and we do not offer a Saturday delivery service. Customers should be aware of delays beyond our control once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

For our International Shipping, we have two carriers:

  • Europe shipments are fulfilled via Royal Mail.
  • International shipments are fulfilled via UPS/Aramax/DHL.

You can track your order online - free of charge! We will email your consignment number to you as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Your goods must be signed for on delivery, so please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.

Orders from Overseas

Any overseas orders may be subject to additional charges including customs, duties, and taxes imposed by laws and regulations of the shipping and receiving countries. These charges will be the customer's responsibility.
