Thank you for ordering with Raishma! We aspire for you to love everything you buy from us, however, we understand this isn't always the case. Here’s a little information you may need in regards to the return of your order:
- We are here to assist on any refunds or exchanges on items you are unhappy with, providing you return it to us in a saleable condition.
- When returning items, please place your returned goods in their original packaging, in the same folded condition which you received it in. Please do not remove any labels or tags.
- All returns must be back to us within 30 days of the date of the delivery of your order.
- Please note you will not be refunded for your shipping charges.

Subsidized Tracked Returns
We offer a subsidized paid tracked returns option for UK orders only. Please note that this service costs £5.00 and will be deducted from your refund.
- To start your return, log into our returns portal above.
- We will then send you a link to our tracked returns service via Royal Mail where you can either print out your returns label.
- OR Be presented with an option to generate a QR code which can be shown at a post office, where they will print the label for you.
- Please return your parcel to the nearest Royal Mail post office. Here it will be sent back to us via a tracking service, ensuring that your item is returned safely. They will give you a receipt, please hold onto this for tracking information.
Non-Subsidised Returns
Alternatively, you can return the items yourself at your own cost.

For orders placed for non-UK destinations, we do not provide a prepaid label service. You will be responsible to send back the item with your own preferred courier.

All our orders have an extensive three personnel check before dispatch. This is to ensure you are receiving the finest quality garments. It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment; therefore, if in doubt, dry clean only.
We are not liable for any damage done to the outfit once the goods are dispatched, including any issues with zips, boning, and beading, that may occur if care is not taken when trying on garments. However, we are more than happy to assist and repair any damaged garments, at your own cost.
Faulty Items that Have Not Been Worn
An item can only be deemed faulty if a manufacturing error has occurred. We will replace or refund faulty items provided that the fault is not the result of misuse. If the item has been misused, abused, damaged through use and or otherwise modified, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Please note:
- Faulty products that were purchased over 30 days prior are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please see our faulty products as a result of misuse section for more information.
- Faulty items must be reported through phone or email as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. We cannot offer any compensation for faulty items not reported within this period.
- A returns form must be included with any faulty item with a clear description of the manufacturing error.
If the product is faulty, we will issue you a returns reference number and advise you on the most suitable way to return the goods. Any shipping costs incurred will be reimbursed.
Faulty Products as a Result of Misuse
All returned items that have been deemed to be faulty will be carefully checked for stitching defects, misprinting, and fabric faults.
Please note:
- We cannot replace or issue a refund for a misused product.
- We will return the misused item back to you if you are happy to incur the administration & shipping costs. This does not include any collection costs or international shipping costs and if we have arranged for a specialist courier to collect the item or we need to return it abroad, the cost will be additional.
- We will hold the product for a maximum of 30 days, after this period we will dispose of the item.

General Notices and Disclaimers
We are not responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of God, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment. All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered e-mail address.
Lost Parcels
All deliveries are usually made 'next day' for Mainland UK only. Lost or damaged parcels must be reported in writing/email within 24 hours of the parcel being dispatched in the UK and 7 days overseas. We cannot offer any compensation for lost parcels not reported within this period.
Voucher, Promotion and Discount Codes
Discount, voucher and promotional codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Discounts and discount thresholds exclude postage and packaging. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
