of your items and the shipping options you choose. Free delivery is given on all orders over £200.
Please note that we send orders Monday to Friday. Any orders purchased at the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday.

RETURNS

You may return unworn items with their original tags within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Belt is way too big.

The dress is lovely, but the cloth belt is entirely too large for the size, rendering the dress unwearable bc it looks like a sack without the belt. The belt holes are metal grommets and the end of the belt is finished.

I have contacted your Customer Service department and they have advised they can add grommets for the needed length but I need to send the belt back to them. In trying to do so, I am learning I have to clear Customs first and complete other required paperwork. I have sent a follow up email, asking if it would be less expensive to just send me a new belt with correctly placed grommet holes.

I bought this a bit unsure as it is not the kind of thing I normally wear. But, particularly with the trousers, it is an absolute winner. I wanted it for a cruise I am going on. I am a bit older and don’t particularly want to flash the flesh, but I don’t like traditional middle-aged “cruise wear”. This fills the void and I suspect that I will be buying other similar things in the future.
