MATERIALS & CARE

Dry Clean Only by a specialist dry cleaner unless otherwise instructed on the care label. Steam iron for best results. All items are embroidered and most often by hand so handle the beads with care as we cannot guarantee beads from coming off.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING

When you place an order,
we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability
of your items and the shipping options you choose. Free delivery is given on all orders over £200.
Please note that we send orders Monday to Friday. Any orders purchased at the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday.

RETURNS

You may return unworn items with their original tags within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
