Missed our British Pakistani Foundation event last week? Well here's your update!

The British Pakistani Foundation, "hosts events for professional women on a platform where support, skills and stories define a new way of engagement" - BPF. The women's programme is made up of experts in the top of their fields, across a large spectrum of industries to share their experiences. The platform allows women to interact with each other to provide support in competitive sectors. Such events have proven beneficial and invaluable for members of the foundation, to encourage and inspire other women to take on an entrepreneurial vision. Raishma was luckily chosen to talk on this platform about her journey from her initial ventures to her recent success in her new store. Women who showed up to the event were offered free food and drinks in a relaxed environment, where everyone mingled and exchanged their socials. Raishma evoked her hospitality and generosity with a 20% discount across all clothing and gave a goodie bag as a departing gift. Each bag consisted of a lightly scented candle which channelled the mood of the Raishma Couture brand, look books, vouchers codes, collaborative business card with 'Mara and Elle' and finally a Raishma designed scarf in three different options. In all, the event was a wonderful opportunity for the brand and the foundation, making its way to Channel 44, where Raishma and guests were exclusively interviewed. Don't want to miss another event?
