Autumn Winter 2016 Trends
With summer now drawn to a close and winter setting in, its time to see what the new fashion season has in store for us. Here at Raishma we have picked out the top three trends for your autumn winter 2016 wardrobe.
Sequins
An autumn winter staple, this is a trend that will never go out of fashion. From Erdem to Zuhair Murad sequins embellished the runway this season. Inject a bit of sparkle by wearing sequins daytime or go full on glam for an evening look.
High collars
This sophisticated conservative trend has made a comeback to the runway adding a touch of elegance. With designers such as Fendi and Valentino offering pieces with frills, ruffles, lace and Victorian collars.
Embroidery over sheer fabrics
Alexander Mcqueen and Elie Saab showcased their stunning collection which included full length gowns embellished with intricate embroideries. Featuring a colour palette of dark undertones and embellishment over sheer fabrics. This trend is key for the party season.
