Refund policy
Returns
We hope you will love everything you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund any item returned to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. You must also notify us at customerservices@raishma.co.uk within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Made-to-order items and wholesale orders are non-returnable unless the product is not made to specification or is of inferior quality.
When returning goods, please ensure items are in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of us receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Care of Items
Once goods are dispatched, we are not liable for any damage caused to garments, including issues with zips, boning, or beading.
We are happy to arrange repairs should damage occur, but the cost of repair and delivery will be your responsibility.
If in doubt, we recommend Dry Clean Only for all garments.
Faulty Items
A faulty item is defined as one with a manufacturing defect.
- Items that have been misused, abused, damaged through wear, or modified are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt, by email.
- If the product is confirmed faulty, we will replace it (subject to stock availability).
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
- Faulty products reported after 7 days from purchase are not eligible for refund.
We cannot offer compensation for faulty or damaged items not reported within the specified timeframe.
Faulty Products Due to Misuse
All returned items will be carefully inspected for stitching, printing, and fabric quality.
We cannot replace or refund items deemed to have been misused.
Misused items will be held for a maximum of 30 days, after which they will be disposed of.
